For some reason there is a pop up window that says I am not online and so Starter can’t be fixed even though I am online with Wi-Fi. How do I get the Repair Tool to recognize that I am online? Warning Do not remove Microsoft Office from the list of installed programs.

When I click to run the application I receive an error message stating that “Microsoft Office Starter cannot be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel.
I found a kbb that suggested I uninstall the product and re-install using the Office Starter. I do this and I receive another message stating “ClickRun package registration failure” which will not allow me to uninstall the product.
