Hi alli recently upgraded to agan 10 from windows 7 and it was successful and working fine. Then when i went to use my old epson printer i had problems with the driver which agan was unable to update and i could no windows 10 again use it. I then bought a newew epson printer wireless which worked fro one print then i had an error appear on the printer lcd and now i can no longer use this either.

So just recently i chose to reset my laptop thinking this may solve my printer issue but it never did and i found that aindows also removed many of my apps these are listed on a desktop icon. Also i am no longer able to download itunes which was also removed i have a back up of al my music on ipod ready to transfer.

Also now when start up windows 10 again i have to sign in to microsoft account every time which is annoying. So basically im in a bit of a mess right now and at this very moment wimdows am downloading windows 10 again in the hope i can get things back to normal. Am i doing the right wiindowsdo i need to un install anything first or just winndows it keep downloading?
