I am trying to update my Office , but I get this error. I also cannot UNINSTALL, so I can’t do a full reinstall. I’m stuck. This was the only message I received when the setup did not complete. I am trying to install Microsoft Office Home Edition onto my laptop. Some days ago, I had exactly this problem and the only way to fix this problem was uninstalling and reinstalling Office. To uninstall Office, use FixIt.
