It sure would be nice if purchases were automatically setup to attach themselves to a VLSC account when you bought things, it would make things a LOT easier! If the license was purchased via volume license program you should still be able to phone micrsoft and get a copy of the original lisence documents with the license ID and authorization number. I had to do this once when I first started with a company and they didn’t have proper documenation. Molan is correct you should be able to contact support and retrieve that information.
